A former FBI agent has revealed the way a serial killer who doubled as a federal informant manipulated the agency while killing victims he was delivering information about. Scott Kimball, 58, pleaded guilty in 2009 to killing four people between 2003 and 2004, and he was sentenced to 70 years in federal prison in Colorado.
