The wife of disgraced CEO Andy Byron is laying low at the family’s $2.4million Maine mansion while holding crisis talks over her marriage, the Daily Mail can reveal.
Megan Byron, 50, had several family members, including her older sister Maura, rush to her side after footage of her 50-year-old husband canoodling with his top HR exec, Kristin Cabot, at a Coldplay concert, went viral last week.
She fled their $1.4million home in Northborough, Massachusetts, and has been trying to keep a low profile at their luxury property in Kennebunk, 106 miles away.
Megan, who is Associate Director of Lower School and Hope Graham Program Admissions at Bancroft School, has not publicly made a statement about her husband’s alleged infidelity.
But she removed her husband’s name from her social media profiles on Thursday, reverting back to her maiden name of Kerrigan.
Joyful family photos with Byron and their two sons on Facebook have been deleted, including one of the family smiling on a hiking trip and at a graduation for one of the boys.
In the hiking photo, both parents and their two children all have their arms around each other as they grin for the camera in front of a creek.
But their perfect American dream came crashing down after footage of Byron with his arms wrapped around Astronomer’s HR chief Kristin Cabot, 52, spread like wildfire across the world. He has since resigned from his role.

Daily Mail spoke with locals in the couple’s Maine neighborhood, where Megan is currently staying – some slammed Andy as ‘disgusting,’ while others called for privacy. Family members were seen coming and going from the four-bed, four-bath, 4,169-sq-ft home over the weekend (pictured)
The co-workers were caught red-faced on the ‘kiss cam’ at a Coldplay concert in Boston, Massachusetts on July 16, with the pair immediately ducking and turning around in a desperate bid to hide their faces from the big screen.
The band’s frontman Chris Martin did them no favors, joking to the packed stadium of fans: ‘They’re either having an affair… or are very shy.’
As Byron’s wife remains locked down in Maine trying to work a way through the apparent infidelity, a fundraiser – less than a mile away – for the Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association joked about the viral moment.
While auctioning off an experience for $13,000, the host quipped, ‘another guy who thinks he’s going to Coldplay – as long as you guys don’t get caught’, which was met by cheers and laughter.
Despite some locals seemingly finding the joke amusing, some neighbors did slam Byron’s actions as ‘disgusting’ but told Daily Mail that the family deserved ‘privacy’ while trying to work through their issues.
‘Everyone has seen it but the family do not want to talk about it,’ one angry local told Daily Mail, before requesting we leave the exclusive street next to Webhannet Golf Club.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,169-square-foot property had multiple family members come and go over the weekend, though it is unclear if Byron himself came to speak to his wife following the incident.
Neither he nor Cabot have been seen since the incident, though Astronomer confirmed that both were put on leave before Byron resigned.

Andy and his top HR executive Kristin Cabot, who is also married, were caught red-handed at the Coldplay concert in Boston, Massachusetts on July 16 and called out by a bewildered Chris Martin, the lead man of the band

It comes after Daily Mail revealed that Cabot is also married to another CEO, Andrew Cabot, the chief executive of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based liquor company.
It is unclear exactly when the pair tied the knot, but the documents confirm that Kristin, whose maiden name is Stanek, was married at the time of selling a $1.8million property in Watertown, Mass, earlier this year.
Privateer Rum’s website lists Andrew Cabot as its CEO and COO of the company, and public documents show that he has been married at least twice before, in 1993 and 2014.
The Cabot family traces its roots to one of Boston’s original Brahmin aristocratic lineages, dating back to early English colonists.
Their legacy began with the original Andrew Cabot, a successful merchant and rum distiller who rose to prominence during the American Revolution and died in 1791.
Over generations, the family amassed a fortune now estimated at $15.4billion, remaining untouchable in Boston society – until John F. Kennedy’s political rise.
In 1952, JFK famously defeated Henry Cabot Lodge Jr. in a Senate race, marking a pivotal shift that helped establish the Kennedys as American royalty.
Andrew shares two children with his first wife Maud, who shared a picture of her ex-husband with Kristin looking loved up at his daughters 25th birthday party on social media in April of last year.

Kristin even posed with his son Henry, 30, in the snaps, and was seen wearing a wedding ring at the event – which was missing during her cozy Coldplay date with Byron.
The couple are also referred to as ‘husband and wife’ in New Hampshire property records, buying a $2.2million two-story, four-bedroom New Englander-style house in Rye, in February.
They sold another four-bedroom property nearby for $1.05million in February, after purchasing it in April of last year.
Kristin’s now-deleted LinkedIn account showed that she has served as an ‘advisory board member’ at Privateer Rum since September 2020.
Cabot filed for divorce from his second wife Julie in 2018, after marrying in 2014, citing irreconcilable differences. Both he and his first wife Maud filed for divorce jointly in 2013, after separating in 2011.
Kristin has been married once before, filing for divorce from Ken Thornby in 2018, which was finalized in 2020.
Kristin, Cabot and Byron have not responded immediately to a request for comment by Daily Mail.
Astronomer is valued at over $1billion, with the company experiencing rapid growth since he became CEO in 2023.

A week before Andy’s scandalous secret was revealed to the world, he appeared on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) TV to celebrate Astronomer raising $93million in its Series D of financing, saying it was ‘exciting’ for the firm

But the American dream quickly turned into a nightmare for both Astronomer and the families involved last week.
The billion-dollar company announced the CEO’s resignation in a statement on Saturday.
‘As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,’ the statement said.
‘Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted.’
Co-founder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy will stay on as interim CEO.
Astronomer acknowledged the awkward situation in the statement that announced Byron’s resignation.
‘Before this week, we were known as a pioneer in the DataOps space, helping data teams’ power everything from modern analytics to production AI,’ the statement read.
‘While awareness of our company may have changed overnight, our product and our work for our customers have not. We’re continuing to do what we do best: helping our customers with their toughest data and AI problems.’
Just a week before his unfortunate viral fame, Byron appeared on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) TV to celebrate the company after it raised $93million in its Series D round of financing.
A beaming Byron described the investment as ‘a huge opportunity’ and ‘very exciting’ for the firm.
When Cabot joined the firm as HR boss in November 2024, Byron heaped praise on her, saying she would be a ‘perfect fit’ at his company.
‘Kristin’s exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies will be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory,’ he said in a press release at the time.
‘She is a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies and her passion for fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces makes her a perfect fit for Astronomer.’
