A new property development in Texas is set to offer residents a new way of life, with a lazy river, pool complex and sustainable landscaping.
The community, called Mosaic, is located in Celina, North Texas, and will be spread across 760 acres.
A document released by developers described the new neighbourhood as ‘coming soon’.
Created by developers Tellus Group, locals will be just five minutes away from a park or greenway.
In addition to the green space, residents will also have access to ‘The River’.
The feature is described as an ‘innovative major amenity area headlined by a beautiful lazy river complex’.
The area will overlook a peaceful lake that offers residents space to fish, as well as a fitness centre and spaces for the community to gather.
Locals will be able to enjoy time outdoors and float along the river with their fellow neighbours.

‘The amenity area is centrally located within the community and easily accessible, with walking and biking trails heading in all directions,’ Mosaic’s website reads.
The new community promises trails for locals to explore, as well as more than 100 acres of open spaces and parks.
Neighbourhood firepits have also been promised, offering a space for the community to gather.
There’s a dog Park, as well as a children’s play area and ‘creative structures’ allowing youngsters to enjoy the outdoors.
Plans for an onsite elementary school within the community have also been shared by the developers.
The neighbourhood will ‘Conserve and enhance already established native landscapes,’ according to Mosaic.
Updates of the building progress have been shared on TikTok, @mosaiclivingtx, including of the unique lazy river feature.

The developer captioned the post with: ‘The Mosaic amenity center is taking shape! Located right in the center of the community, this will be the go-to spot for sunshine, socializing, and leisurely floats.’
It comes as the Royal Caribbean announced in May that a colourful 230-acre resort, which passengers sailing on western Caribbean itineraries can check into for the day, is set to open in September 2027 and will feature the world’s longest lazy river.
Royal Caribbean, which has 28 ships in its fleet, says Perfect Day Mexico, which will be in the port of Costa Maya, in the state of Quintana Roo, will be ‘bigger and bolder than anything we have done to date’.
Particularly family-friendly, the development promises the tallest water park tower in the Americas for those disembarking their cruise, alongside the record-breaking lazy river, which is dotted with ‘float-up bars’.
