Helen Skelton showed off her toned figure in a bikini as she spent some time at a local pool with her children.
The TV presenter, 42, who is said to have recently ‘cooled off her romance with fellow TV star Gethin Jones, enjoyed a dip in the middle of the heatwave.
Giving an insight into how she had spent the school holidays with her children so far, Helen shared a montage of clips to Instagram on Thursday.
She shares three children, Ernie, nine, Louis, eight, and Elsie, four, with her ex-husband, Richie Myler.
In the first clip, Helen held out an inflatable in the pool as her daughter jumped off the edge and into the water.
She captioned the post: ‘Water babies. Community pools and shallow streams for the heatwave win.’

The Morning Live hosts have grown increasingly close in recent months after spending time with each other outside work, including a steamy spa break.

However, Gethin, 47, has delivered a blow to Morning Live viewers eager for the presenter and Helen to go public with their romance.
The rugby fan has changed the location of his Raya profile to alert prospective suitors he’s in Australia, where he was watching the British and Irish Lions with a group of male pals a few weeks ago.
An insider said: ‘Gethin is on the prowl Down Under which puts the nail in the coffin for his romance with Helen.
‘He’s there with pals but keen to meet other women. There is no way Helen would stand for that if they were together and he has far too much respect for her to even go behind her back.’
