The Cleveland Browns will name Joe Flacco as the team’s starting quarterback for their Week 1 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Flacco has reportedly won the Browns crowded preseason quarterback battle, with the most-experienced signal caller vying for the job winning it.
The 40-year-old beat out Kenny Pickett, Dillon Gabriel, Shedeur Sanders, and Tyler Huntley to get the first snaps against the Bengals, per ESPN.
The Browns have had arguably the most-watched preseason quarterback competition in the league with incumbent Deshaun Watson out for the season with an injury.
