Lil Nas X’s legal woes have ramped up as the acclaimed musician has been charged with four felonies after his public naked meltdown last week.
The Old Town Road artist, 26, real name Montero Lamar Hill was arrested by LAPD officers early Thursday morning – with the star filmed exhibiting erratic behavior including shouting song lyrics and making hand gestures as cars passed by.
He was first seen walking down Ventura Blvd in a pair of white western boot and a pair of tighty whities, but was later completely nude when he was taken into custody.
Police claimed the Industry Baby singer struck an officer and was charged with misdemeanor battery on a police officer. Nas was later transported to the hospital for a possible drug overdose.
A felony complaint obtained by the Daily Mail on August 25 shows Nas has been charged with three separate counts of battery with injury on a peace officer – referring to three alleged incidents with separate police officers.
He was also hit with a felony charge of resisting an executive officer.

Per the California penal code, a felony battery charge on a peace officer is punishable by up to three years in jail.
A felony charge of resisting an executive officer carries a maximum penalty of three years in California state prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000.
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Nas for comment and has yet to hear back.
He is set to appear to appear in court on Monday after being held without bail over the weekend.
Shocking video of the incident saw the Grammy winner apparently realizing someone was recording his actions and turned towards them offering a full frontal view and sang Nicki Minaj‘s part from the 2010 Kanye West hit Monster.
According to video also obtained by TMZ, Hill began his downhill slide at the Short Stories Hotel, where security cameras showed him roaming the grounds in a pair of jeans, a button up shirt and a cowboy hat.
Somewhere along the way, he ditched the shirt and jeans and was spotted strolling along Ventura Blvd in just his undies and boots.

He was seen putting an orange traffic cone on his head, allegedly telling a bystander he was headed to a party.
On Saturday, law enforcement sources gave TMZ an update on the rapper’s behavior since he was jailed.
They said there hadn’t been any behavior issues with Lil Nas X since he was taken to jail, and he was reportedly keeping a low profile.
Despite his fame, the rapper didn’t appear to have put on any impromptu performances for the other people in the pre-arraignment jail, which is primarily filled with people staying for only a short time before their day in court.
Nas will have to wait in jail until his arraignment and bail hearing on Monday, but he has some entertainment options to keep him occupied in the meantime, including a handful of books, bibles, simple board games and TVs with a few local channels.
The sources noted that he’s currently being served three meals per day, with some of the food options including cereal and fruit for breakfast and simple chicken dishes and bean-and-cheese burritos for later in the day.
On Wednesday, the musician posted a slew of content to his Instagram account, seemingly taken at his home.
In one video, a bathrobe-clad Lil Nas X sang and played with a tambourine beside a pile of various items.
‘FREE THE PEOPLE! NOW!’ he captioned the post.
He also captioned a selfie of himself wearing a fur coat with a tiara-adorned cowboy hat: ‘OH NO sHES GONE MAD! CRAZY I TELL U!’
Fans were quick to post their support for the artist following this latest revelation.
‘Your music has helped me come to terms with my queer identity and helped me walk away from people who claimed to be my friends, but never really heard me. I wish you healing. Please be okay. We are here hoping for peace,’ wrote one on Saturday.
‘Just know we’re all here for you with love and support,’ stated another. ‘Mental health matters, your mental health matter. You’ve helped so many of us accept who we are and live unapologetically.’
Many others said they were ‘praying’ for him.
