A picture of a frog hidden in a pile of leaves has left the internet stumped.
The picture, taken by a Reddit user during a zoology trip, shows the amphibian disguised by its surroundings.
Tucked away and difficult to spot, the frog blends in with the green, orange and red leaves in the background.
And the frog’s camouflage is baffling people on the internet.
Many were stumped as they tried to point out where the frog was hiding, before realizing they were staring at leaves.
‘I took this picture in an herpetology trip a few months back, and when I was looking at it I couldn’t see anything, took me a while,’ elreydelperr, who posted the picture wrote.

‘I look at a lot of pictures for several minutes –carefully! — and fail to snipe [spot] the object. Then I see the answer and suddenly it’s obvious,’ one user wrote.
For those still struggling, the frog is indeed hiding near the top left corner, among a flurry of orange and brown leaves.
Its right leg points out, while the rest of its body appears indistinguishable from the rest of the leaves.
‘Once you see its arm it’s not hard. But until then I was baffled,’ a user replied.
‘I honestly thought the frog was the leaf above the actual frog for a moment,’ another person added.
A third wrote: ‘Such a good photo. He’s right out there in the open and it still took a good amount of time to find him.’

‘This just makes question all those times I was walking through leaves and the crunching was a bit squishy sounding,’ another joked.
A further person wrote: ‘I was staring at a leg and thought that’s not it!’
