Phoebe Burgess has listed her stylish Tuscan-inspired Southern Highlands home on the market, with a price guide from $2million to $2.25million.
The former rugby WAG, 36, purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Burradoo in April 2021 for $1.7million, using the proceeds from her bitter and public divorce from footy star Sam Burgess.
Set on 6,949 square metres, the two-storey residence features cutting-edge modern architecture, including large spacious rooms and open-plan living and dining areas.
It also includes a spacious kitchen, a formal sitting room, study, family laundry and four bedrooms overlooking sweeping lawns and mature trees.
The estate, affectionately dubbed Acre Hill, also boasts a pony paddock, chicken shed and lush gardens – offering what Phoebe once described as a ‘mini farm in the middle of this incredibly beautiful, highly sought-after land.’
It also boasts a slow-combustion wood fire, adding to the cosy atmosphere, as well as a home office and separate TV room downstairs.

The picturesque grounds also feature a chicken coop and greenhouse, plus irrigation throughout the gardens.
‘It was always a place to come home to fireplaces and that cosy feeling of being locked away on your property with your family, good food and the people you love,’ she told Domain.
‘It was a sanctuary for me; I was going through a painful time, and I had these two little kids who just came to life every time we drove down the highway.’
The stylish semi-rural property also features six car parks, breathtaking views and is close to a variety of amenities, including shopping and dining facilities.
Phoebe admitted that selling the property was a bittersweet experience.
‘We are a single-income family, completely, which is why I’m selling… breaks my heart,’ she said.
‘We couldn’t have it all at once, and that’s OK. That dream will have to be realised in the future.’

Since splitting from former Rabbitohs captain Sam in October 2019, Phoebe and her two children – Poppy, eight, and Billy, six – have resided with her parents.
It comes as Phoebe’s ex Sam revealed he’s expecting a second child with wife Lucy.
Taking to Instagram in April, Lucy shared the news by showing off her growing baby bump in a series of photos from the couple’s holiday in Capri.
The pair already share daughter Robbie, who they welcomed in September 2023.

Sam married Lucy in a lavish Italian wedding after two years of dating.
He proposed to his bride in June 2023, just nine months after they went public with their relationship.
Meanwhile, Phoebe and Sam split in October 2019, after four tumultuous years of marriage.
They initially separated in December 2018 – shortly after the birth of their son Billy – but reconciled in April that year, only to end things for good six months later.
