US Singer Teddy Swims looked to be in great spirits on Thursday when he arrived at Sydney Airport, ahead of his upcoming NRL Grand Final performance at Accor Stadium.
The Lose Control hitmaker, 33, kept it casual in a black hoodie paired with grey shorts, a green layered tee underneath and black dress shoes.
At one point, the confident performer – who completed his look with flesh tunnel earrings – lifted his hoodie to flash his extensively tattooed torso, revealing an elaborate stomach inking that featured ornate decorative artwork.
Never one to shy away from showing off his distinctive ink, Teddy’s leg tattoos were also on full display.
The Grammy-nominated artist accessorised with a black cap and looked to be having a great time as he flashed some hand gestures for photographers as he made his way through the bustling terminal.
Teddy is set to rev up the crowd at Accor Stadium on Sunday, October 5 before the NRL’s biggest game of the year kicks off.

The Atlanta native has been riding high on the success of his viral ballad Lose Control, which has dominated charts worldwide and turned him into one of music’s most sought-after performers.
It comes after the NRL recently confirmed that Teddy will still perform at Sunday’s grand final after the American music star sent shivers through the code by cancelling multiple shows due to ill health.
He was forced to pull out of recent concerts in Hawaii after losing his voice in the middle of a performance.
‘Honolulu, I’m so sorry to let you know that both tonight’s show (Saturday, September 27th) and tomorrow’s (Sunday, September 28th) rescheduled performance will not be taking place,’ the artist, whose birth name is Jaten Dimsdale, said on his Instagram.
‘My doctor has not cleared me to sing. I need a little time to recover before I can give you the show you deserve.’
However, his health problem has now cleared up, according to NRL CEO Andrew Abdo.
‘We had confirmation he’s making a great recovery and his voice is in great shape, so he’ll be good for Sunday,’ Abdo said.
His performance ahead of the premiership decider is sure to come under scrutiny after NRL supremo Peter V’landys slammed the AFL’s grand final entertainer, Snoop Dogg, while comparing him to the singer.

‘All I know is it’s a dog act, so we had to get better than that,’ V’landys teased.
‘We [the NRL] actually got a vocalist, none of this doof doof stuff… this bloke can actually sing.’
However, Snoop Dogg’s performance at the AFL decider got rave reviews.
The news that the league chose Teddy to perform at the year’s biggest match was met with a mixed reaction from footy fans when it was made official in early September.
Abdo labelled Swims the ‘perfect’ artist to belt out his music in front of more than 80,000 fans.
‘He is one of the most exciting music talents in the world, making him the perfect performer for the NRL Grand Final day,’ Abdo said.
‘Teddy’s global appeal and connection with young audiences in Australia, the US and around the world, matches our vision to grow Rugby League globally.
‘Grand Final day is a special event on the sporting calendar, capturing moments that last forever.
‘Including a fresh superstar alongside some of the best male and female athletes in the world will take the entertainment experience for sports fans to a whole new level.’
