Katie Price has emerged for the first time with her new dog – despite frequent calls from animal charities to ban the star from owning pets.
The former glamour model, 47, took to Snapchat on Monday to share a video with the dog who she said ‘doesn’t leave her side’ and just days later, the star was seen arriving at the Spotlight Theatre in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire with the pet.
Joined by Kerry Katona, with whom she is touring the country with a stage show, the star was seen in a low-key ensemble while the mutt was nipping at her feet.
Wearing a jumper adorned with the words ‘Soft Girl Energy’, she clutched her phone and a box of Nurofen while she was tailed by the latest addition to her brood.
Kerry meanwhile looked glamorous in a stylish cardigan adorned with bows and paired with wide-leg trousers and a Gucci handbag.

Katie has been condemned by animal charities over the years for owning pets after a series of deaths. Last month, she sadly lost one kitten after her designer cat Doris gave birth, with one struggling to latch on to feed.
This marked the eighth animal to die in her care.
Earlier this week, speaking to the camera in a Snapchat post she didn’t initially acknowledge the dog instead saying: ‘This filter is so needed today, I am so tired.’
However in another slide she explained: ‘And this little one just does not leave my side. I can’t wait for him to meet Rookie, he’s met all of the other animals. This is Rookie’s new little friend for when we go horse riding, walks, everything.’
A representative for Katie has been contacted by Daily Mail for comment.
She then posted the caption: ‘First time using a filter in ages.’
Katie bought Cocker Spaniel Rookie in February this year and again many were concerned she was adding another pet to the family.

She welcomed Doris and two other bald cats into her home last October, despite calls from animal charities for her to be banned from owning pets.
At the time she hit back at those who criticised her for owning animals after charity PETA offered her £5,000 to stop keeping pets.
Katie, who also recently introduced Rookie to her family, has always been an avid animal lover and has owned several pets over the years.
However, her treatment of animals has come under scrutiny after five dogs, a horse, and a chameleon all died while in her care – many of them in traffic accidents near her former home in Sussex.
Katie attributes these tragedies to ‘bad luck,’ with most occurring while she was away. She has since secured the garden of her new home to ensure her pets’ safety.
