The singer, 22, travelled to the UK for a string of shows last month, and after flying to Poland for her final performances, she struggled to contain her emotions.
Footage shared on TikTok showed JoJo breaking down during her performance of Back To That Girl, before telling fans in attendance she never usually gets so ’emotional.’
Hours before the show, JoJo also reflected on her return to the stage in a lengthy Instagram post, with her boyfriend Chris Hughes, 32, sharing his own sweet tribute in the comments.

She said: ‘Normally, I’m not that emotional.

‘But, it’s been a while since I’ve done what I love which is being on stage being in front of you.
‘And, most of you won’t really care, but today’s the last day of this tour. You don’t have to pretend you care, you came here because I’m in your city, you didn’t come here because it’s the last one.
‘We’re all sobbing right now. But, it just, just to anybody who A, is in this building, B, came to any of these shows, or C, whether it be a good comment or a bad comment, left a comment, hit a like, watched a video, anyone who supported anything just a big massive thank you.’
Turning to some of the fans in the front row, she added: ‘I finally had myself pulled together and then I saw all these hearts in here.
‘That caught me off guard that was good!’
JoJo travelled to cities including London, Brighton, Glasgow and Cardiff during her Infinity Heart Tour, and even released a new song, Waste Of A Heartbreak, in the midst of the show.
The Dance Moms star was supported by her boyfriend Chris Hughes at several of the concerts, with the Love Island star even surprising her in Birmingham at the show his family attended.
Ahead of her final show, JoJo took to Instagram to share a candid post, admitting she’s ‘flooded with happiness and gratitude’ after planning and choreographing the shows herself.

In her post, JoJo admitted she’s ‘flooded with happiness and gratitude’ ahead of the end of her tour, admitting it presents ‘who she wants to be as an artist’
She wrote: ‘I’ll definitely have a lot more to say once I’ve gathered some thoughts, but tonight is the final show on the Infinity Heart Tour and I am incredibly emotional.
‘The amount of work that has gone into creating the show from choreographing it myself to all the creative direction to actually executing it on stage, the show represents who I want to be as a person and the artist that I wanna be in this lifetime, and it’s translated so well to the crowd and hearing your reviews that have been so positive, it just makes me flood with happiness and gratitude.
‘Thank you so much for all the love on this tour, to everyone who showed up to the concerts, and to everyone who supported from the distance online.
‘Means so very much. More to come later, but I must go get ready now for our final show in Warsaw Poland!!’
Her boyfriend Chris then shared a sweet tribute in the comments, writing: ‘Smashed it my love.’
During her Birmingham show last week, JoJo gushed that her boyfriend Chris’ parents are her ‘future in-laws’ after his entire family attended the concert.
Chris, 32, who himself surprised JoJo at the show by presenting her with flowers backstage, could be seen sat alongside his parents Val and Paul and his brother Ben in the venue, joined by the singer’s parents Tom and Jessalynn.
Footage from the show then showed JoJo sharing a sweet nod to Chris’ parents being in attendance, joking she was going to be on her ‘best behaviour’.
She said: ‘Val give us your best wave from up there, do you have a good wave? In case that anybody doesn’t know, that’s the person who gave birth to my favourite person in the world. That’s the mother of the boy that makes me really happy.
‘I’m very delighted to have the guests of honour tonight, Val and Paul Hughes everyone.’
‘It’s going to be a good show, I am on my best behaviour this show,’ JoJo added, with the crowd then launching into a sea of boos.
JoJo then hit back: ‘Guys! My future mother and father in law are in the room. I can’t full on freak too hard tonight.’
Ahead of the concert, Chris surprised JoJo backstage with a bouquet of flowers, admitting that he made the impromptu decision to come to the show as he wasn’t going to see her ‘for a little while.’
The star then returned to London, and the next morning enjoyed a surprise reunion with his former Love Island co-star Kem Cetinay, as he kicked off his 24-hour Padel Challenge for Capital’s official charity, Make Some Noise.
On Sunday, JoJo took to the stage to perform at London’s O2 Forum, with her boyfriend Chris watching on.

As she performed her array of hits, Chris was seen watching alongside JoJo’s parents Jessalynn and Tom Siwa, and he proudly filmed his girlfriend as she performed 18 of her oldest, and newest, hits.
This was only Chris’ second appearance at JoJo’s 11-date tour, and the star offered several cheeky nods to her boyfriend throughout the show.
These included playing his 2018 song Little Bit Leave It, which he recorded with Kem Cetinaay, just minutes before she was due on stage.
JoJo also offered a sweet on-stage tribute to Chris during the show, as while performing her cover of Kim Carnes’ hit Bette Davies’ Eyes, she once again changed the song’s final lyric to sing ‘Chris Hughes’ Eyes.’
Footage captured by Daily Mail showed Chris laughing as JoJo blew him a kiss from the stage, and he offered one back as she quickly went into the next song.
Another nod to Chris came during JoJo’s rendition of Guilty Pleasure where she performed a raunchy routine with one of her dancers.
As the song ended, she jokingly declared: ‘You’re not Chris Hughes!’ as the dancer left the stage.
