It was the AFL’s night of nights that saw the wives and girlfriends of prominent players swamping the red carpet for their moment in the spotlight.
But one AFL WAG went to the Brownlow Medal count on Monday night solo, without her footballer fiancé on her arm.
Lexi Mary, who is engaged to Western Bulldogs star Rory Lobb, commanded attention in a futuristic, high fashion gown.
The blonde stunner posed on her own, because while she got an invite to the prestigious event, her betrothed did not.
Before striking a pose on the red carpet, Lexi had earlier revealed on social media that she was ‘attending without a date’.
The stunner was able to go along as she was working that night, interviewing the AFL stars for the Herald Sun.

Lobb, 31, meanwhile, did not score an invite to the prestigious event, which is known for its cutthroat guest list.
The Australian influencer made quite the entrance in a metallic gown at the annual awards ceremony held at Crown Casino.
The off-the-shoulder dress by Alin Le’Kal hugged her figure, emphasising her tiny waist.
The 26-year-old let the shimmering ensemble do the talking by wearing no accessories and her golden locks in a chic up-do, letting two blonde strands fall across her cheekbones.
As for makeup, Lexi chose a bold eye look, bronzed cheeks and pink lipstick.
While the jaw-dropping dress is certainly unique, it isn’t the first time we’ve seen it.
Ricki-Lee Coulter was first pictured in the frock earlier this year at the Australian Idol finale.
It comes as the lovebirds confirmed their wedding date and revealed details about their special day.

The AFL player got down on one knee and popped the big question to social media star Lexi during a holiday to the Maldives late last year.
The loved-up couple are now in the middle of wedding planning and revealed they are due to tie the knot in February 2025.
Lexi revealed they want to exchange vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their close family and friends.
After saying ‘I do’, the couple then plan to jet off for a sun-soaked holiday in the Maldives – where they got engaged – with their loved ones.
‘We’ll have a small wedding, we never want it to feel like a chore so it’ll be nice and intimate,’ Mary told the Herald Sun.
‘And then we’ll head to the Maldives later with family and friends,’ she added.
